Visiting Analyst (Amsterdam)

What will you be doing?

Based in Amsterdam, you'll be embedded in the investment team at a critical moment as we continue to raise and deploy capital into the most promising climate tech companies in Europe.

You'll work across two areas: supporting our fundraising process and contributing directly to investment work.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the fundraising process: preparing investor materials, conducting LP research, and assisting with outreach
• Reviewing startup materials and preparing insights for internal investment discussions
• Assessing pitch decks and presenting recommendations in weekly investment team meetings
• Contributing to ad-hoc strategic projects as we scale the fund and portfolio

And who are you?

We're looking for someone at the intersection of finance and climate. Analytically strong, genuinely curious, and eager to understand the mechanics of both VC and the energy transition. You should be able to demonstrate your passion for climate tech through what you've already done.

Essential:

• Final-year MSc or graduate in finance, economics, data science or related field
• Experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, PE or VC
• Demonstrable passion for climate tech through prior projects, internships or work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
• Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (another European language is a plus)
• Reliable according to § 1 (20) no. 1 - 3 of the German Anti Money Laundering Act
